I used Albythol once on my mouth ulcer, what should I do?

Context: A friend of mine recommended it as I was having a severe mouth ulcer. I used it but after finding the medication to put a bad taste, I checked it and found out it was dangerous.

just dont use it again if you think its dangerous, and if youre having problenns because of it go see your doctor
