Is stikwel wood glue and Elmers glue-all considered as pva?

I don't know Stikwel wood glue, but wood glues in general are one type of PVA glue. Elmer's Glue All and other brands of "permanent white glue" (including the "tacky" white glues) are PVA glues though. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyvinyl_acetate https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_glues
