What’s the name of this card game?
You deal all the cards out equally and one person will put down a card and you have to beat there number with a higher card. If you can’t beat their number you collect the deck and whoever runs out of cards first wins.

It's not War, because in War, the first person to run out of cards loses. The object of War is to TAKE all of your opponent's cards.
