I think I know exactly what it is - it's the leftovers of coleslaw that was made with raisins. Someone didn't want to eat all those raisins and left them in the bottom of the bowl along with some cabbage and carrots and dressing.

It does look like something a Brit would try here. Coffee beans in a heavy cream with shaved carrot & a spice. Ready to microwave & try. Most is caused by a translation problem. They said black beans in sweet cream with carrots. Like served at a dirt road café.
