After feeding her baby, a woman won't have enough milk left over to provide you with any; and if the baby has been weaned, the mother is unlikely to be producing milk in sufficient quantity to provide anyone else with any, and certainly not sufficient quantities to make your hypothetical dairy products. But in principle - no, nothing non vegan about it. Human bodily fluids willingly exchanged or provided involves no suffering or exploitation
