Raw fresh vegetables are ideal. I especially like the baby cucumbers .. you chomp into them like candy bars.

Nuts and dried fruit do it for me. I particularly like the combination of almonds and cranberries or pecans and dates. Very nutritious and filling.

Quacamole with chips or on toast. Peanut butter and raisins spread on celery. There are so many options.

Almonds.............muffins...hot pockets Pecans;;;; Walnuts... Pine Nuts (they are good lightly toasted)...deviled eggs.pig n blanket...
