Churros "Fried" Ice cream Sopapilla or there is a real easy Sopapilla Cheesecake. It is made with Crescent rolls and cream cheese filling cinnamon sugar on top. Or real simple take some of the tortillas, use flour ones, fry them and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar then serve them with a creamy cheesecake type dip. You can also dip fruit in the cheesecake like dip as well.

Try a marshmallow, tinned mandarines and their juice and sour cream mixture. Add them, mix them together and put them in the fridge to set overnight. Cheap, refreshing and delicious.
