How to plan a good teenage party?
I am planning to have a new years party (NOTHING CRAZY MY PARENTS ARE HOME AND IM NOT ABOUT THAT) Anyways my mom said I could have my friends over and host a party. Problem being how do I host said party. My basement is dated and kinda looks bad also I was thinking maybe an icecream bar

clean up the basement, get some cheap but colorful decorations. Then what do your friends like to do? Play games? Dance? Eat and talk? watch a movie together? Making ice cream sundaes is good.
