Do you think this guy or such guy can ever have love for someone? Is he a sex addict?

I use to have a crush on him platonically. His my brothers friend. We never spoke. And years later i send him a msg trough Instagram and we started chatting online. All of sudden he send me a picture of his dick. I stopped talking to him. But now we are talking and he always talks about sex and he also says that this is how he get more attract to a girl and he cannot have a relationship without sex. « Sex » That’s clearly the only thing he talks about. I don’t think this is normal. I told him that people first meet in person and get to know each other and it leads from that. He invited me at his place to meet him. But I said lets have a coffee outside. He is okay with that too. Do you think this guy or such guy can ever have love for someone? Is he a sex addict? I have feelings for this guy, I don’t know, in confused. Need some advice. Please
