I been knowing my friend since 2011?

I been knowing my friend since 2011. We were really close but things started changing recently. She can be bossy and controlling at times. So I got her a job back in 2013 in one of our medical offices. I coordinate lunches for our facility. She’s the late person and usually can only take lunches if she’s covering for providers or if it’s needed. This particular day ahe has the option to go either 12-1 or 1-2 but she denied, she said she wanted to go to lunch later on the day. I told her okay that is fine but make sure you check with the manager because you only go to lunch late if your scheduled to cover any nurse. She said she would ask the manager. A couple minutes later I asked her did you verify with the boss to see if you can go and she said no, I’m not going to call her I’m just going to go. When she told me that I picked up the phone and ask my boss hey is it okay if she talked a late lunch and the boss said absolutely not. She then called and asked her to please choose from either 12-1 or 1-2 , my friend got so upset I called the supervisor to verify and pretty much called me a snitch. She hasn’t spoken to me since December it makes it kind of akward because she talks to everyone at work but not me. Did I do something wrong by verifying with my boss if her request to go late was okay? Ive tried taking to her in many occasions and even txt her once but she doesn’t reply. Should I just let her be?
