Birthday help- bullying?

Hi. So I am a year or two younger than most of my friends. I usually hate this. I don't like birthdays because of it. My birthday is coming up in 8 days. All my friends are planning on getting me balloons and all of that. And I know that once people find out that its my birthday, many people will make fun of me for being such a baby. I usually don't get affected by these things but it will change the way people will see me. What do I do? To reclassify- People constantly make fun of me because I am so young. I think its dumb, but, for example, people from my previous school ruined friendships because of it, and it made everyone see me differently. I know it sounds dumb, but it really effects my relationships. Its unavoidable, but how can I play it?
