What should I do, how to react?

This week I bought The Ordinary salycic acid since I've been having some bad break outs and read some great reviews about the product. My mom was so suspicous about the brand just because you could buy it at H&M and not some high end shop or pharmacy. I tried and it definetly worked as it dried out my pimples and reduced my redness. Today however I coudlnt find it and it turns out my mom had thrown it in the trash because she claims it "burns my face" when all it did was good things. Im so mad and frustrated at her, what should I do?
