Is it sexual harassment?

I was sexually harassed in high school and when someone makes a dirty joke or something like it I feel like I'm back in high school being harassed. I know my brother and his soon to be wife mean well but they made a joke that they found on FB, the addicted joke. Does their joke count as sexual harassment?
