How much money do you & your parents have to pay for all school + living expenses + return transportation to your country of citizenship? Which languages are you fluent in at a high academic-technical level of proficiency? How strong an international reputation does your Indian university have, and how well have you performed - are you a top student in your class at a highly regarded university? If you don't have ample funds, there's no point considering studying abroad. Which country/is schools you might consider depends on language fluency. And meeting academic requirements to apply & actually compete with other applicants for a place is obviously essential. Before you spend any time considering study abroad, you must have these 3 factors handled.
