They can make life more stressful to you. I am 20 years old and I have had a pretty relaxing life growing up. I've got to watch lots of movies, watch a lot of T.V (I don't watch a huge amount of T.V these days, but I did when I was a little kid), do a lot of gaming, and basically just chill. However, since I have had so much time to relax growing up, I am stressed out more when I don't have time to relax. I tend to procrastinate a lot more than average, and I can easily get frustrated when I have a lot of work to do. I also constantly worry about how busy my future will be.
