School enrollment?
My question is can a Public High School refuse to enroll me?
I am currently enrolled in a school however it's too far away and I want one that's walking distance. They want 35 more credits before a I go there so I really have 3 questions, the first one above and if they can refuse to enroll me is it because I'm currently enrolled. And my third if I was not enrolled in a school could they refuse me?

You are totally confused. High schools do NOT use credit hours. Yes, public high schools can refuse to enroll you because you do not live in that school district. Yes, if you are not currently enrolled they can refuse to enroll you, especially in the middle of a term.

If you do not live within the boundaries of the public school they can refuse to allow you to attend

Sounds like they can. You need to beg and plead for more help.
