How can i learn how to count money?

Ok so I'm 17 a junior in high school and i can't count money good because i never learned throughout my elementary years so what can i do to learn quick like know how much change I'll get back and stuff like that? And I'll try to put effort and studying my math so i can get better but i get lazy and dont wanna study no more so what can i do??
