Need some brainstorming help! Need 3 Team Names - Restaurant - Appropriate?

I work for a restaurant, and we want to have Dining Room Captains. Each will have a unique name, but it needs to be appropriate as their server trays will show that they are captains, and cannot be offensive to other customers/employees. We serve down home country cooking. Biscuits, gravy, Chicken Fried Steaks, Meatloaf...etc
