Are you a man? Ask your wife to make you a sandwich. If you are not married, ask your mother or sister to make you one. If that is not possible you can learn how to make one yourself. Try my hobo pizza recipe. Take a slice of whole grain bread, put on a couple of tomato slices. Sprinkle some shredded cheese. Sprinkle oregano or Italian seasoning on top. Then put in toaster oven until cheese fully melted and just long enough not to burn the bread.

I'm pretty sure the asker is not dumb enough to realize he or she can make his/her own sandwich at home. That being said, the closest one I can think of OUTSIDE of the home or own property is Subway. At Subway you choose your own bread and main part of the subway sandwich and after that they only put what you want on it and they don't put what you don't want on it.

If you want to actually make it yourself (as in, actually put it together), then you can do it at home. Assuming you mean a custom sandwich from a restaurant/café, then Subway is pretty good.

Lunch buffets often have sandwich bars. College cafeterias usually offer this option, although I'm not sure the quality is worth the cost and effort. If you want to customize your sandwich, as opposed to literally making it,most sandwich chains ike subway will probably do it, and will be glad to charge for extra items
