Why do waitresses do this at this restaurant?
I go to a restaurant, it is a lot like beef o' bradys as it is a sports bar where people both dine in and there is a bar section in addition.
Anyway, the waitresses when they wait on your table, they will touch both of your shoulders, one of your shoulder, fiddle with your back, or arm when waiting on you. They don't seem to do this to women customers however.
Is this normal?

They work for tips. The tips are better with a little harmless flirting.

It’s probably some sexual mind trick to make the guys buy more. Wouldn’t work the other way around. They’d be fired

They do this at restaurants where the food come off the back of a syco truck. They are paid to make you think they like you .
