What is the style where you eat outside (patio settibg maybe) at a restaurant? I see this mostly in European countries.?

Normal. I can think of few places here were you do not set outside. Except for fast food joints. Like McDonalds. & other high end places.

I call it Outdoor dining, others may call it something else.

They have that here too. Personally I prefer to eat outside unless the weather is really pleasant.
