First, you must connect your TV to your home WiFi. Then, find the Amazon Prime app on your TV and log into it with your Amazon ID and password. If your TV doesn't already have the Amazon Prime app, you'll have to find out if and how you can install it

Check that its internet connection works for other things (YouTube, etc.), then enter the email address you're using as an ID for Amazon Prime, and of course take time to enter the password exactly.
