Help with Westinghouse TV?

My Westinghouse tv does not turn on and all it does the moment I plug it in is flash blue/amber colors constantly. I can’t find anywhere online who have had similar issues. I can’t even find what the flashing colors mean. I didn’t buy it new or anything, it was my bosses old tv and they didn’t know if it worked but said I could have. It’s model number is LTV-32w6 HD
