Do they sell tabletop or portable radios that tune into tv-broadcast audio?
preferably analog tuning but whatever.
seems like a good add-on to my am FM tuners for when I m studying or driving
basically I want a tv tuner strapped to a speaker, no video feed.

There has been no main stream analog TV broadcasts in the US since about 2009.

Nope. Digital TV broadcasts made such reception too expensive to include in portable radios. (In case you haven't heard the news from ten years ago: There are no analog TV broadcasts in most western power-nations any more.)

I doubt you'll be lucky with that but have you considered getting an analogue tuning MW or even a Short Wave receiver instead ? Loads of fun still with those.
