I used Xfi locator when I lost my iPhone. I never found because it ask me to enter pin on the lost phone. do you still have to?

Do I still have to enter a PIN to find your iPhone on Xfinity? No. And if I were trying to locate MY iPhone, I would be using the Apple-supplied "Find my iPhone" app that does not require a PIN, but does require the phone to be on and associated with its iCloud account with "Find my iPhone" active... not a 3rd-party app.

thank you for the reply . I didn't have access to a computer and we installed the app on my friends android. but its good to know for the future :)
