I am trying to create backup but at end The backup failed New bad clusters were found on the source volume. Theses clusters were not backup?

Bad clusters means that the computer can not read their content. If the content cannot be read, they cannot be duplicated for backup. The data in bad clusters are lost. However, their are some programs that do a bit by bit copy, and they would include the bad sectors in the copy. Also good news is that some special programs can try and read the content of the bad sectors, with varying success.

No, they’re likely lost clusters that you don’t need. However the backup should’ve proceeded without them. Which I suspect it did.
