Does win10 remotely turn off bluetooth devices and how to disable it?

I am NOT talking about problems with bluetooth disconnecting, but with a problem of devices actually TURNING OFF.

Windows doesn't shut down devices, but it can turn off or reduce power to the Bluetooth radio. Many devices will power off when they are no longer connected. Adjust the power settings in your computer to always keep Bluetooth active.
