Cb radio as jammer?
if i put the antenna wire into the ground on an electical outlet in my house will it come out of the speakers in the basement?
i want to jam some speakers with white noise before i put bullets thru them

No, that won't work.

Doubtful, that's fairly low impedance for the antenna to be grounded and really low impedence for the audio output drivers making them immune to interference
