Can I put OEM dvd player in my car?

I recently bought a 2012 ford expedition el limited and when deciding I went with this because they came down in price to move it quick. it has all the bells and whistles except the head rest DVD players. but it does have the touch screen system in the front though. I found a totaled 2012 expedition at a junk yard that has these 2 head rest screens for 100$, can I just remove the head rests, or the seats themselves, and put them in? or is it not plug and play?
