Can a solar panel burn out from to much sunlight focussed?

Possible, but too many solar panels concentrated in one area can kill birds.

Focussed? Not if you just put the panel in the sunlight. But if you use a large lens to focus sunlight on the panel you might burn it. Or if you use a lot of large mirrors to each reflect sunlight onto the panel then you might burn it.
