What is the best Camcorder to buy?
i have a poopy camera right now so i want to upgrade to a camcorder for videos What is the cheapest and best camcorder to buy? i want a camcorder that can fit in one hand and isn't used for movies. kind of like a normal camera but with a turnable screen so i can see my face when recording

Define "best". I suspect your definition of "best" may be different than mine. I am saving up for a Sony PXW-Z190. The PXW-Z280 is too expensive for my budget. I already have a PXW-Z150 and like it a lot.
