Does the sony 4k hdr x800e tv have cameras if it does how do you take them off?

Read The Manual for it. Manuals for most products are available online, so it is easy to find them to read without buying the item. Don't expect a camera to be physically removable. At best you could shut it off and/or put a piece of tape over the lens.
