Yes. You can get trojans virus', worms, malware, all from anything that is pirated - movies, games, music etc. Anything that is pirated, you are opening yourself up to infection. That is, of course, the least of your concerns - once law enforcement catches you, the fine and jail time are far worse than a computer virus.
