Charged for Nortonm 111,29 in my bill. Something is not right. Was never interested in Norton. I believe AN ERROR.?

So tell the store you brought it from not us. I suppose you do realise that Yahoo Answers is just a forum where the general public can answer questions. It is NOT Yahoo's offices. Nor any other manufacturer.

Call your bank first...tell them this charge was not authorized by you and that you are trying to find out what it really is...they will even help you....then try to find out what it is and where it came from
