First time owning a PC. Need help.?

Hiya people of the internet, I am in need of some help. I've never owned a PC before and I was going to remedy that very soon. Now, I know some of the basics when it comes to the parts of the computer but I was wondering if someone had any helpful criteria. I was trying to find something with decent speed, graphical output, stuff like that. Nothing crazy but decent. When I look up parts and their specs, I get lost in the language haha. Thanks.
