Im the primary staff for my client but now my client has 2 staff per shift whats the point of me being the primary if 2 staff per shift?

I've often asked myself this very question. "What is the point?" Maybe the point is if staff is ever reduced you are most likely to be kept on.

Your client has more than 1 staff per shift because your client wants to get done whatever it is that you and your co-staff do for your client.
