Is it safe to wear multiple seatbelts in the car?

lets say your brother is driving and you wanna show him how scared you are by putting on all three backseat seatbelts. Is that even safe?

Most cars have only TWO seatbelts in the back seat - not three. Most cars carry only 4 people - two in the front and two in the back. So, where's the third seatbelt?

Take a piece of piano wire, tie it around your throat, fasten it to the body of the car behind you where the roof meets the rear windshield, and then while at speed slam the car into the rear of the car in front of you when that car in front of you ever comes to a stop.
