What weapon on aircraft can make the air feel like its vibrating?

No, what I felt was an electronic weapon, not a missile.

In an A10, firing the GAU-8 makes the whole airframe shudder. If you are talking about feeling vibration on a passenger plane, it is ridiculous to think of it as a weapon aimed at you. A "vibration" weapon would be pretty pointless. EDIT - The only electronic offensive weapons on planes are lasers, and they do not produce vibrations. On a civilian aircraft if the whole plane is vibrating it is most likely the landing gear, flaps, spoilers, and/or slats retracting or extending. All of these cause a significant drag on the air flow around the plane which will make the plane feel like it's vibrating, you may even feel the vibration from the motors used to activate those items. If you're feeling it in the air it is most likely something to do with the fans, pumps, and valves used to pump air into and out of the passenger compartment. If these are not balance or functioning correctly it can cause a vibration in the air. If that vibration is bas enough it could cause significant issues to the passengers, crew a and aircraft structure. The so called Brown noise or car speaker competitions are example of what vibrating air can do.

A 20-millimeter Vulcan.

A cannon (machine gun), if you are near where it is being fired or the bullets are impacting. Other than that, the sensation is most likely just very loud noise & turbulence from the engines - not a weapon. A loud enough noise can make it feel like your whole body is shaking. In a plane, you can also feel vibration through the structure.

An electronic weapon would be a jammer and it doesn't make noise, buckwheat.
