There is not a website where everyone can get their W2's from. You get them from the employer. Your employer may have them on their website, but there is no "general w2 site".

Some companies have W-2s available online, some don't. The ones that do are not all at the same website

Huh????? Your tax forms (if they are available on the web) would probably be on an employee access portion of your company's website. Every employer is different.
