How successful can a ticket company be? I’m currently being trained as a ticket puller for this start up company.?

The company is small but growing, I wouldn’t of known about it if it weren’t for my uncle (who owns a vey successful ticket website and is a broker). I’ll be the 8th person on board, my bosses goal is 25 by the end of the year. My uncle is loaning this guy credit cards so he obviously thinks this kid has potential. So my question still stands, how successful could a ticket company be, and as a ticket puller what skills are valuable.
