Payment not processed?
A few weeks ago, I scheduled a payment to phone company. It was supposed to charge me on the 21st. It’s 31st now. What’s going on?

It probably didn't go through for some reason. Just make another payment. If it's for the phone company, or any other utility, and you end up paying twice, it's no big deal. You're just ahead for the next month.
