Anyone in Philly , PA knows a bad credit loaner or shark loans ?

Hello there guys , do you know of any place where I can take a loan with nothing to pawn or guarantee except a job contract that will start paying a large check . Need the money for medical for that job so I can take it . Please HELP Need 5 K only and today .
