What should/can I do?

I work at a grocery chain, in the deli department. There is a man that I work with that clearly has behavioural issues and some kind of disability that has not been addressed. He stinks! I’m not talking just a little BO, I can smell him coming into the store, yards away, you can’t just not smell him. It’s becoming unbearable. My manager tells me she cannot do anything about it, because she might loose her job for being rude. This smelly guy has three other family members that work in different departments at the same store. Same case with them. They do not shower. They do not do laundry. They do not seem to think they are nasty. Yet they have all the confidence in the world. We wear white uniforms, clearly he does not know how to do his laundry because this white shirt has turned yellow/brown. The department gave him a brand new clean shirt to wear, as a hint that maybe he should clean himself up...he refuses to wear it. So as an employee, what can I do. Because this is becoming unbearable to deal with. I’m not being rude, I’m just so disgusted. Thanks.

If he really has a disability, nothing. Employers are required to accommodate disabled workers. If you can't work with a person with a disability, then they'll fire you, not him, because they can get in a lot more trouble for firing a person because the person has a disability than for firing someone for complaining about someone else's disability.
