Is this reason enough to leave a job?
I work with addicts and it’s one lady that do not like me. Like they’re always constantly ganging up on me. Lying to other staff members and tarnishing my rep. I have issue with guys when they’re admitted they ask e my age, am I married, do I have a man? And so forth. I ask them how does knowing that is going to help with their recovery, then all of a sudden they get angry and upset. Last night, it was a guy how cursed e out for not taking them on a smoke break every hour( taking clients to smoke is not in y job discripition) plus it aggregates my asthma. My management does nothing plus since this lady has everyone against me- I look like the bad guy. Some times I’m in tears how they speak to me. They have me doing two jobs instead of hiring someone else. I cry just about everyday I go to work. I’m constantly thinking am I the issue? Because they have nothing negative to say of the other nurses but again, there’s adequate staff to take them smoking when she’s there. Any advice? I was trying to. Stay until a year which is two months but it’s so terrible I want to give my two weeks and leave.

You’ve posted this question (or variations thereof) many times. Either learn to deal with your job and finish out your first year, or find a new job and leave.

Start looking for a new job, and when you find one, give your 2 weeks and go.

This is at least your second whine-o-gram about your patients. Find other work for which you're suited.

Clearly you are not suited to this job, not temperamentally nor in terms of health, so leave. Is there a reason you might want to stay a year? If there isn't, leave now and find somewhere else.
