How do I fix my wide shoulders?

I'm a woman with wide, manly shoulders. I've never seen a woman with shoulders like mine, I'm not kidding. I could probably be mistaken for a transgender. Are there Any plastic surgeries or anything that could help with this? I don't care if I'm in a ton of pain afterwards, I need this fixed asap.
