How to use makeup?

I'm a beginner and I have nothing, only BB powder, moisturizing cream, and lipstick. Help me with the order please! Face cream (mine is to protect against sunrays) Foundation Concealer BB powder Eyeshadow Eyeliner Mascara Blush Highlighter Lipstick Is that the correct order? Did I miss anything? Btw, what's the difference between CC n BB powder? I'm an Asian teen lol so which one is better for my skin? My mom said CC is heavier n cakier but google says its better than BB. Which one is better (easier to use) powder or cream? How do you use liquid/lipstick shaped highlighter? I'm thinking of getting this dual head shimmer highlighter but idk how to use it lol. All makeup videos I've seen uses powder highlighter. What does shimmer mean? Glitter? Is that good for basic casual look or is that too extra? What is cushion and what is it for? Whenever I go somewhere, I usually only use face cream n BB powder. Is the cushion better than BB powder? Can I use it together with face cream? How to use dual tone blush?
