Of course not, the melting ice caps are re freezing. So look and see if the levels are decreasing. With global warming, any change in the weather is global warming. The polar bears will surely benefit from the freeze, but because of global warming, the baby seals are being eaten far more than last year. Wasn’t there a children’s story about everyone being convinced that the sky was falling? And now I hear we will all be dead in 12 years, if we don’t spend billions of dollars and take a shot in the dark, that those efforts will have any effect on what probably is controlled by Mother Nature.
