Can you all recommend me some good quality makeup products?

New to makeup. Please recommend some makeup products! (Brow products, eyeshadow, lipstick, lip tints, contour, highlight, makeup brushes, and so on). I'm a huge fan of etude house but I'm not sure if their products are good since I've never tried any. I'm sort of on a budget (10-20 dollars max). If it's a bit higher in cash but extremely worth the price, I'll take it into consideration. I'm really into korean makeup these days, so recommend me some korean products too! Thanks! Any tips are appreciated.
