Diana from Anne of Green Gables monologue?

Please help me find one from the series of Diana! I was originally going to be anne for a talent but her braids will crinkle my curls I won't be able to fix before the formal wear! I was going to do braids as I have brown hair and I feel like the judges will take off for not trying to look like her in ways I can control. I've competed with monologues at Thespian events for many years and I know it doesn't matter there since it's based on acting skills. However, this performance is for a talent in a pageant & I'm worried they might mark off since the look is a part of the character.
