All life that is already here is worth it. It is you that chose to come to experience free will. Even when you smile at a stranger you put joy into the world. Find beauty in the small things and in service to others. You don't have to set the world on fire, but to be one candle in the dark matters. There are a lot of really, dark, dark people. Send them scurrying back to their caves.
